Just do the same like in the others. Evolved Shaman should have mage regen. Restores some Health and Mana but reduces Haste severely for a short time. If the cooldown is lessened, perhaps the mana cost could be higher. Damage increases with stacks of Deep Rage which stacks up to 5 times.

The rank 4 passives are fine the way they are now Abyssal contract: This skill should remain the same but change the cooldown from 40 secs to 20 secs. This skill would be a mix of defender's 5th skill as well as the burning ward ability seen on pyromancer and blaze binder. If this effect is applied, the cooldown for the skill should be a bit more than the 6 seconds it is now. And the more times it's stacked opponent's haste is reduced by 3% for each stack. It can solo Chaos Lords including Iadoa and Kathool. This gives it more synergy with Abbysal Contract.

One way to make this better would be if it applies a damage reduction to all monsters but a much larger one against dragon-kind. And if you do plan on sticking with Warrior regen model, atleast decrease the mana cost of Dry Lightning to 30. . The mana cost for this would be 55 and cooldown 12 seconds The passives at rank 4 seem to be the same as on dragonslayer.
Class Tester Team Accepting New Members Our in-game Class Test and Balance Team is amazing. The class is very poorly balanced right now. Archfiend is useless as arachnomancer buff is higher and has a faster cooldown, and the damage deal by the class is miserable. Increase heal and then damage resist with longer sustain. Because of this possible change in power, maybe the cooldown for the auto attack could increase slightly. Rank Required: Rank 2 Mana: 15 Mana Cooldown: 6 Seconds Notes: Hits up to 3 targets and does decent damage while buffing your other skills. Or if the 2 seconds is fine, keep it like that.
For this skill, the mana cost would change to 60 and the cooldown would be 40 seconds And now we have a rank 10 passive. The 16 second cooldown of the skill now seems too much. It's been so long since I used the class that I'm afraid I forgot which one gives some health back. For instance; -Glacial warlord's first skill doesn't always give frozen heart, which makes the class essentially useless in pvp, because you rely on that skill for all your other skills. This class was designed to be a special class for Legends, and because of its dysfunctional heal and nuke, it is never used. Where is the fun in being knocked down with no chance of winning? I don't have vot but stop arguing and admit its the best, thank you. No damage given to enemy.
Use burning ward to regain health. My brother has it but he said its not worth it, its just pretty similar like warrior class but guardian is better it cant solo boss! The 4th skill can hit 4k easily when going full luck. The scorched steel skill of this class is nothing more than a mini-nuke. Blinding Pain Attack Type: Magical Description: Light damage to all enemies, 50% chance to stun all enemies in range for 4 seconds and reduces enemy damage. The impale skill doesn't seem too bad. Please don't ask for assistance in these matters. Darkside class should have either more damage or more haste also.
