I've been trading for many months now and I have a pretty great collection. Users must be connected to the internet to play. However this was changed when the devs decided to add gems at first I was excited thinking of someway to trade in, in app currency for gems to open unique packs. Can be enjoyed complete free or reap extra rewards for a little money. This was what captured the fun of trading cards to me. Because I know that when the odds say 1:15 and I would buy 25 packs and end up without the special card that I would be dumb enough to pay, get more than enough packs so at the end of the day get nothing for it? This is an online game only. However I've also noticed that with the packs you can still open with the free in game currency the cards look significantly less appealing.
Darth Vader, R2D2, Star Destroyers, the Death Star. I uninstalled the current version, installed a previous one but when trying to sign up with either Facebook or Google+, which were my only options, it still says my device is already being used by my other account. Or Han Solo Graffiti art? They give a nice amount of free credits every day to open packs 3-5 packs depending on pack value. It can get its hooks in you! Take your entire Star Wars card collection with you and play online, anywhere you go. Another thing is the backs of cards serve no purpose other than to tell you what series it's from.
Even my camera won't work. It can definitely use some optimising. As I said before: Don't get this app! My wife banned my phone from the table. New series, artworks, and editions of cards released daily! Have done many offers and installs. With the app, I mean, not the wife.
Its been a pleasure collecting cards, another passion of mine and star wars only makes it better. Combat Darth Vader with Yoda, or pit Luke Skywalker against Darth Maul. The game was starting to run better and I was gonna give it 5 stars. Needs wishlist for cards or sets. I haven't even dived into the trading aspect due to the sheer complexity and poor execution. If topps would fix theses problems instead of looking for ways to get fans to spend more money in the app.
I enjoyed this game because the cards were all so unique and visually appealing puzzles on the back of cards as well as questions and sometimes more insight as to what the front may portray. These cards could be chosen by the people of which use the app. The community is fantastic and had thousands of active users.
Tapjoy swears they were paid, but Topps didnt deliver, and Topps does nothing to help. Over time the application has gone through many menu changes, layout changes, of course pack changes, and of course in app purchases. I would pay for real cards but why is digital so difficult and expensive? One i hope we all live in someday. Topps should consider a page Konami ' s book by taking a look at their card search and trade system from Force Collection. What about a Droids rock band poster? But this wasn't the case at all the focus of this app is now based solely on purchases because now the only decent looking cards and cards worth anything are dropping from packs that must be purchased through gems. The front of cards look as though sometime took the time and effort to design each one indiviually. Yes, you read that right. Look me up im superbrant. I let it have the permission and everything but it stops responding to any picture I try to use. . Star wars has brought my friends and i together and this game specifically has kept very good friends around since we were all very little. Rather enjoyable for someone who enjoys the chase of collecting trading cards combined with info about Star Wars characters, locations, and technology. And remember someone who had their whole phone or tablet wrecked by this app and the other companys this app provides access to has to rate it at least 20 percent. I have to turn off my phone, close the app and reopen.
