I, as someone who would buy tennogen cosmetics, am fully willing to pay another person more than the platinum conversion on what a tennogen item cost, and am hardly the minority among the probably not massive percent of those who do want to buy them for plat from people. But let's say tennogen is still Cash only on steam, but made tradeable, which is different from direct plat from market, the black market has an entire new area to forage in. However, if I were able to buy it with Plat in game off of someone then I'll gladly buy it if it's somewhat interesting or a good price. But I already have plat laying around because there's nothing I want at the moment, plus I will gladly buy more Plat once I get a coupon code or if I have the money to buy Prime Access once in a blue moon. Perhaps if later on, you can purchase TennoGen items for your friends for the same price as the items are on Steam, that would be nice. But gifting them should definitely be a thing.
